Payment and delivery

Payment methods:

 1. Visa or MasterCard payment on the website.
 2. Payment on a printed invoice at a branch of any bank.

Delivery methods:

1. Delivery outside Ukraine. Terms of international shipments. International shipments are delivered by the Ukrposhta delivery service. Delivery is paid by the recipient. To place an order you need to: 1. Select the desired magazines on our website. 2. Place an order and fill in the relevant details. 3. Pay the bill (payment for delivery of the order is made upon receipt). 4. The manager will contact you to agree on delivery details via email or messenger. 5. After contact details established and confirming the payment, we’ll get your order ready. 6. The next day we will place your order and send it to the Ukrposhta delivery service. You can find out the cost of delivery in advance on the Ukrposhta page. Delivery times according to Ukrposhta rules.  2. Self-pickup. Ordered and pre-paid magazines can be collected from our editorial office at: Kyiv, street Tulchynska, 6 (entrance from Dmitrovsky Lane).WARNING! Before coming to the editorial office, call +38 (044) 207-97-50 or +38 (067) 232-40-34 to make sure that the payment has been received on our account and the magazines delivered to the office from the storage.

 3. Ukrposhta (Ukrposhta Express). Postal deliveries are carried out in all regions of Ukraine. Ukrposhta delivers parcels within 2-10 days. The post office should inform you about the arrival of the parcel by sending a message to your mailbox or sending an SMS to your number. To pick up a parcel from the post office, you must have proof of identity.

 4. "Nova Poshta". The parcel will arrive at the Nova Poshta delivery service branch of your choice. The parcel with Nova Poshta is sent with payment for delivery by the recipient. After order dispatched, you will be informed of the delivery number wich will help you to pick up your parcel. Please have proof of identity on collection.
